Izyplay was founded in 2010 with the goal of bringing fun to players around the world. To achieve this, we always strive for excellence in what we do. In partnership with major entertainment brands, we have evolved significantly over the past 12 years, building a great team and establishing our own work method. Today, we can clearly identify the pillars that support the company:

Inclusion

Inclusion is present not only in our team, but mainly in our games. This is reflected not only in how we create our content, but also in the players who consume it. Today, our team pays great attention to UX and the way we build a game that can be enjoyed by both inexperienced players who started their gaming journey on their cell phones, as well as experienced players who are looking for a meaningful experience on their console.

Multiplatform

In order to create meaningful games that can become major IPs in the future, it is essential to distribute them to as many platforms as possible. And this also involves considering different business models, such as F2P and Premium at the same time.

Using a Mobile First approach, our studio always designs games with versions for consoles, PCs and emerging platforms in mind.

Data Driven

Our experience on the mobile platform has taught us a lot. Data, especially data related to player behavior, is essential to creating a fun and relevant game in the market. Although it is a very common practice on the mobile platform, it is possible to base every design decision on player feedback, on all current platforms.

We use a variation of the SCRUM methodology and have a specific team focused on measuring and analyzing player behavior, from the marketing campaign to the first MVPs. Thus, all of our decisions are based on testing and are 100% User Centric.

Team

We believe in learning and collaborative actions, which is why our ideal as a company is to maintain a welcoming, inspiring and creative environment. Just as we strive for excellence in our games, we want our employees to reach their full potential and feel fully fulfilled with their work.

More important than looking for qualified people to join the team is to encourage the ongoing search for learning by the current team, fostering and providing space and content for personal and professional growth.

As much as these pillars may inspire or be useful for other studios, we would like to tell you a little about how they were created. Yes, they were not present 10 years ago. They were built throughout our trajectory.

Representing one of the moments that most impacted the studio, we will talk about our journey with Hyper-Casuals. But, that is a topic for the next phase.
